The disruptive Fitch Brew Co is the creation of the hugely talented Emily Fitchett. The ex-Brew Dog star is blazing a trail in the UK and challenging the way we think about drinking coffee. The cold brew coffee market is expected to grow to in excess of £3bn by 2020 and we are certain that Fitch will be the main driver of this growth. With strong branding, a truly innovative product and a growth category in front of them, the future is going to be extremely bright for the young entrepreneur and her team. We aren't the only ones who are convinced by this new product. Their Crowdcube funding round out-performed it's £100k target by nearly £50k in a matter of hours.
There are a few ways in which this product can be consumed and that's one of it's most exciting attributes. At first glance, you would be forgiven for assuming that a can of cold brew coffee is a refreshing, summer replacement for your daily trip to Starbucks and you're not wrong there. The aluminium can does lend itself to the out-of-home on-the-go coffee drinking consumption occasion but to limit your thinking to this would be a mistake. The product lends itself perfectly to coffee based cocktails whether that's at home or in your favourite trendy watering hole. The popularity of the espresso martini highlights our love of the coffee and spirit world coming together. Chefs are also exploring using this product in commercial cooking recipes so the possibilities are truly endless.

I'm not really a big fan of coffee but I really like Fitch Brew. It's a really distinctive taste but isn't overpowering. I'm a convert.
